One evening, I came out of my bedroom to find Justin and Ryan all cuddled up watching a show. It makes my heart sing to see my boys being so cute together. Earlier that day, they had been fighting and trying to get one another in trouble. I was so frustrated with them and had a talk with both of them. I told them how lucky they were to have one another and that when all the was said and done brothers are the best kinds of friends to have. Ryan remarked, "I'd rather play alone" which made Justin cry. The only thing to do at that point was to kneel down in prayer and ask for help in providing a loving home where peace can reside. I had the boys join me in prayer and ask for help being kind to one another. It was amazing to see the turn around. They went off and played together for a quite a while with no complaints. A few hours later, I came out and this is what I saw. I turned and ran for the camera. I have a bad habit of doubting myself especially with spiritual experiences. So, this time, I wanted to have proof that the power of prayer works, so that later on I wouldn't forget or just call it coincidence . I have a plaque in my kitchen that says, "Prayer changes things". I have a testimony that it does. It certainly works better than screaming "BE NICE" at the top of your lungs. I've tried that too.
