On the Move!

Cubby is 8 months old and getting around well. He crawls like crazy! He is growing up way too fast. Slow down, you move too fast...

He is such a joy! We feel so blessed to have him in our family!

Cheesey Brother!

I had a doctor's appointment today and left my 3 youngest with my parents. When I got back the 2 youngest were in different clothes. Then my mom proceeded to tell me that Joshua covered Jacob in cheese power from their popcorn maker while she was on an important phone call. She thought fast, and got some pictures before cleaning it up. Joshua was very happy with himself. He just said, "yum, Jacob tastes so good." when he saw me bring the pictures up on my computer. I had my dad email them to me. Now, this will make a fun page in the scrapbook.

Book Buddies!

Justin loves his baby brother! He always wants to hold, kiss, carry, read to or tickle Jacob. I am impressed at how good Justin is with all of his brothers. How did I get such a good kid?

Silver Lake Falls, Oregon!

Joshua (2 years old) was slathered in sunblock. He is so fair that we have to keep him greased so he doesn't burn. He loved being out in the water and running around.
Ryan is our one that has always been afraid of the water. After taking swimming lessons this summer, he is really enjoying it.

Beach fun!

Oh, the joys of the beach. I miss it!

The boys had so much fun on the beach in Oregon. Hours and hours of digging, splashing and running.

Big Sand Castle!

Jeff and his best friend and cousin Andres decided to build the biggest sand castle ever. Well, it was big, but I'm sure they didn't build the biggest one. However, the kids had a great time helping and were very impressed with it. It was great seeing Jeff and Andres together. It had been five years since we've seen them.

We had so much fun in Oregon. We went somewhere different everyday. When we weren't out and about the kids had a wonderful time playing with each other.

Bedtime Routine!

While we were in Oregon on Vacation, Ryan enjoyed sharing the Acosta's bedtime routine. This is Sarah reading to her daughters and Ryan.

Blueberry Picking (6-09)

We enjoyed picking blueberries with the Acosta Family in Salem, Oregon. However, we enjoyed eating them even better. We had them plain, over vanilla ice cream and Sarah even made blueberry syrup for our waffles the next morning.
