Oh Joshy! That little boy is into everything these days. A few weeks ago I changed his diaper and then went to change Jacob's . When I came back in to the family room there was Desitin everywhere. Then he had the nerve to look up cutely and say, "mess --- sorry" and smile. He is so darn cute it is hard to stay upset for more than a second.
Ryan and Joshua love feeding Jacob. I love this picture because Joshua is sucking on his bottle while holding another bottle for Jacob. Joshua is 21 months old now so we really need to get him off the bottle. I just need to get through Justin and Ryan's Birthdays and moving. Then it's bye-bye bottle for Joshua.
We took Justin and Ryan to the Circus a few weeks ago. We saw Richard, Carrie and the girls while we were there. Justin, Ryan, Emma and Katie all rode on an elephant. They all thought it was so awesome. I was surprised that Ryan got on because he freaks out if you try and set him on a pony. Personally, I'd be more nervous on an elephant than a pony. We all had a terrific time, and I would go again in a heartbeat.
We have out grown our house and have decided to buy a new house. With the birth of our 4th son our three bedroom, two bathroom house no longer fits our needs. This house has six bedrooms and four bathrooms. Jeff is excited because it has a three car garage. I feel overwhelmed with the task of moving with 4 young children. When we bought our last house we intended never to move again. The good thing is we are only moving one mile away and our children will still be close to their friends and attend the same schools.
The backyard is ready for our kids to play in it. The kids are really excited to have a playland in the backyard.
The kitchen is very similar to our old one. In fact, the old owners of this house selected the same counter tops as we did when they built it.
It's official, Ryan is a snappy dresser. Last Sunday when we got home from church, I told the older boys to go get changed and hang up their church clothes. This is what Ryan came out looking like. He stated, "I look like Grampy". My dad wears those knee sock that are really tight for his circulation and he always wears shorts with them. Like Grandfather, like Grandson.
Ryan loves his little brother Jacob. He always wants to kiss him, feed him and love on him. In fact, I think I say "back up buddy" and "don't get right in his face" at least 30 times a day.
G.G. was so happy when we went for a visit. She loved meeting and holding her youngest great grandchild. G.G. is Jeff's maternal grandmother and is 98 years old.
Joshua (20 months old) shared a blue lolly pop with his 3 week old brother. He was shoving it into Jacob's mouth and he wasn't happy about it. I was so alarmed that I didn't think to get a picture of Joshua with the lolly pop, but here is Jacob with blue slobber on his face about 5 minutes later.
