Last Day of School Marshmallow Roast

Joshua - 3
Justin - 9

Ryan - 6

Jacob - 1 1/2

Jacob wasn't happy that he couldn't let go of his treat. He kept shaking his hand around and crying. Instead of helping him, I took a picture :)

Every year we do an annual "Last Day of School Marshmallow Roast" as a great start to summer fun. This year we invited our neighbors the Bentleys and Hawleys to go join us. We had fun even though I was in a grumpy mood that day. Hooray for Summer!!!

Ryan's Graduation

Ryan was absolutely darling at his Kindergarten Graduation. I couldn't help but get tears in my eyes when I saw him up there preforming. He is growing way too fast!

Mrs. Bryson was a fabulous teacher for Ryan and I'm so glad he got her.

Banana Bread Picnic

Joshua loves playing with our neighborhood girls Claire, Emma and MaKenna. They all play so cute together especially when they are playing babies and pushing dolls in their little strollers. It's fun having the girls around so all the play I see isn't rough and tumble. They had such a good time having their banana bread picnic in the back yard.

Joshua all done up!

My dad was babysitting for Joshua and Jacob while I was out with the older boys. Jacob was taking a nap and Joshua was putting on my make-up. My dad thought he was in the playroom playing quietly. LOL, when it's too quiet in my house you know somethings going on. He was so proud of himself. He said, "Mommy am I beautiful?"

Sleeping Angel

I went to check on Joshua before I went to bed and found him in this cute position. The funny thing is he wasn't even in his own bed. This will be Jacob's bed when he is ready for a big boy bed. My parents gave us matching twin beds for Joshua's bedroom. They were in their beach condo in Ocean City. That's why the "fish" bedding. I was a little surprised when he wasn't in his bed but quickly saw him in the other bed. Joshua sure keeps us on our toes, but we sure do love him.

Discovery Gardens

My parents and I decided to take the two little ones to the Discovery Gardens at Thanksgiving Point while the two older boys were in school. I can't wait to go back with all they boys. It was so beautiful and they have lots of fun stuff for the kids to do. We had a wonderful time.

Mud Puddle

Poor Ryan fell off his scooter into a mud puddle. He was a little dirty and surprised.

Slathered in Sunscreen

Joshua found a bottle of sunscreen and slathered it all over himself and Jacob.
He had so much of it in his hair, it took 5 washes to get it all out.
Luckily, Jacob's hair is thinner and it was easier to get out. Poor Baby!

Jacob's Nap

I went to check on Jacob during his nap and this is how I found him.
He didn't look comfortable so I tried to move him.
It only woke him up and made him mad, so I put him back down and left his room. He went back to sleep for another hour.
He wakes up much happier when he does it himself.
I think he's confused as to why I am taking his picture instead of getting him out.

Jacob is a great napper and wonderful baby. We love him so much!

Justin found the hardest egg to find.
He was so excited!

I love our tradition of getting all the cousins together for an Easter egg hunt. They look forward to it every year. We usually have it outside but it was rainy and cold so we did it in our house.
